About Me

I was born in Pune. In my family there was no awareness of art as a way of life.
I started sketching at the age of 16 and after completing my education in school, i enrolled myself in Abhinav Art of School in Graphic Design. My college campus is near to a place called Hinjewadi near Pune. It is a beautiful place, away from the noise and pollution of the city. It’s beautiful green trees and mountains and peaceful environment inspired me to become an artist. Though at that time I was a student of graphic designing, deep down in my heart I knew I had fallen in love with the world of fine arts. I started paintings in weekends and now I am completely in love with this medium of art called water color paintings.

As time passed, my passion for painting grew. Today, I paint for my pleasure, to satisfy my creative urge. I speak through my paintings. Each painting speaks my mind. My paintings are a reflection of my inner self.
I have participated in many group shows throughout India. Many private individuals and few corporate houses in India, USA and Europe have bought my paintings.
